In the 70s, the Durable books with crochet and knitting patterns and the accompanying, unbleached Durable crochet cotton were already incredibly popular. Potholders, bedspreads, curtains and tablecloths; everything was made with crochet cotton. This originally Dutch yarn is still widely used.
