Terms of Service Re-Trans BVBA
Re-Trans BVBA, headquartered at Ambachtstraat 17a, 8820 Torhout, Belgium, offers a wide range of products through its physical store and webshop, including wool and yarns, knitting and sewing supplies, and handmade knitwear, custom-made or otherwise. These terms of service apply to all orders placed via our webshop or purchases made in our store.

1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all agreements concluded via our webshop and in the physical store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Re-Trans BVBA reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. The most recent version is available on our website.

2. Products and Availability
Our products include handmade knitwear, knitting and sewing supplies, and a selection of wool and yarns. All products are subject to availability. Re-Trans BVBA strives to keep the stock status on the website up to date but cannot guarantee the availability of a product at the time of ordering. If a product is unavailable, the customer will be informed as soon as possible, and an appropriate solution will be offered.

3. Orders and Payment
Orders can be placed via the webshop or directly in the store. Payment can be made using the available payment methods listed on the website or in the store. All prices are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of shipping costs unless stated otherwise. Re-Trans BVBA reserves the right to change prices and products without prior notice.

4. Delivery and Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible after payment is received. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process. Re-Trans BVBA is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Product Information and Colours
We work with natural, high-quality materials such as wool and alpaca. Please note: colours may slightly differ in reality due to natural variations and screen settings.

6. Orders and Production Process
Our knitwear is only made after payment is received. We do not hold stock of knitted items unless otherwise stated. This means that each garment is made especially for you, which may result in longer processing times.

7. Returns and Exchanges
Customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Please note: Custom-made or personalised products, including knitwear specially made for the customer, cannot be returned.

8. Liability
Re-Trans BVBA is not liable for indirect damage, loss of income or profit, or damage resulting from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order.

9. Intellectual Property
All designs, texts, images, and other content on the website and in the store are the property of Re-Trans BVBA and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

10. Applicable Law
All agreements and disputes are subject to Belgian law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Belgium.
